Over the past few weeks we have reviewed and updated our inspection App to enable a client to sign off completion of an inspection with a new 'no touch' signature option. Prior to this update our inspector would have asked the client to sign the App on the inspector’s phone to confirm the job has been completed. Now, once our inspector has completed the job, he can send a QR code to the client from a safe 2m distance so that they can sign off the job on their own phone or tablet. We are continually developing our software to enable our team of inspectors to carry out prompt, detailed and COVID-19 safe inspections. During Lockdown 3.0 it is very much business as usual and we are continuing to complete all inspections within 48 hours of receiving a request.
