We were asked by a finance company to carry out asset inspections on 5 commercial vehicles for one of their customers that had asked for forbearance on their existing finance agreements.

 We contacted a Director of the company to arrange when and where we could inspect the assets. However the Director was very elusive and promised to call us back, which he didn’t. We continued leaving messages for him by email, phone and text and eventually after a week he contacted us.

 We reported this to the finance company in order for them to take appropriate action.
